I painted this from a sketch I drew while walking down the street. I loved my drawing series "walking while drawing", which is exactly what it sounds like, draw, walk, don't lift the pencil and watch your step! Perhaps I'll get back to it.

Its very impressive how you can draw a scene like this so quickly and then complete a painting of it! I especially love the little detail of the pidgeons.
