  1. That works too, but I also like the watercolours. Sometimes it is so difficult to decide what medium is best for a piece, but then you are confident with watercolours and oils.

  2. Wow - I am so glad you visited my blog so I could discover you!! Your work is beautiful, from the perfume bottles to the amazing calendar, to the yupo, etc., etc. I love your work - the watercolor figure drawings sessions are inspirational! I believe you are the first I have seen do it in watercolor. (I don't get out much.) Anyway, I will peek often from now on.

  8. This works too, though you know i prefer your watercolors. You're biggest asset is you delicate line and you add a lovely sensitivity of color with you watercolors.
But experimenting is always a good thing.....

So go go go ..... happy painting.

  12. This is amazing! :-) Actually, this is the first time that I have seen nail polish as a subject in a painting. It's the everyday things that we take for granted that really look amazing in art pieces. You paint very well. :-)

  13. Hi Nora,
Just got to see you work for the first time. You have a lovely warm sense of brush work, that conveys a tender quality! I like the idea of painting fingernail polish, you did it beautifully both in watercolor and oil!
