home stretch

I drew this with a charcoal pencil first then painted it with watercolour. The charcoal created a nice rich dark line that I really like and, happily, the charcoal did not smudge or wash out. 
$50 - 5"x7" watercolour painting with 8"x10" matt.

    J'aime ce petit coin, ce seuil d'entrée qui pourrait être à chacun de nous...
    Un seuil qui sans "chichi" est resté dans son jus et peint...
    Une très jolie aquarelle et un dessin qui me ravit.

    J'aurais pensé que le fusain aurait sali vos couleurs. Non ?
