6x6" original oil painting on 1" deep cradled panel. Sides painted.

I love pink and brown together and I thought... can I make the clouds pink and brown... will it work? So, I went for it and I'm super happy that I did. This is the advantage of painting small and often - ya' try things!

Then I decided to paint it in the usual colours but putting as much colour into the greys as possible.

6x6" original oil painting on 1" deep cradled panel.

Here's a pic of the first one again, with the sides painted to match.

dappled grey

$60 - original 5x7" watercolour painting with 8x10"mat

Grey horses can be born any colour (!) and then their coat lightens as they mature. In fact, they usually end up being white horses. Cool! Of course, this dappled beauty will be grey forever. : )

tortoise shell glasses and a grey cat

$100 - 8x10"original watercolour painting

I love the way this portrait, or should I say portraits, asks the viewer to move their eyes back and forth from the woman to the cat, to the woman, to the cat, to the woman... well you get the idea. ; )
