One of my favourite models! I painted this at my last life drawing session. It's small, which I think enhances it's lovely delicacy. I seem to enjoy painting small. I prefer paintings to find their way into the nooks and crannies of a home, as opposed to over the couch or mantel. : )

I really enjoyed painting this patient little companion, with all his warm browns and oranges contrasting some cool blues. What a little honey bun!

This title, which my sister came up with, cracks me up. 

It was wonderful to create dark colourful blobs with soft and hard edges, sometimes on dry paper, sometimes on wet, when painting this spotted friend. The spots are blue, brown and purple. 

Lately I've been drawing wild cats. Here are some lioness'.
