Sunday Selection

SOLD
$80 - 8x10" original watercolour painting
Loosey-goosey was at the top of my list of things to accomplish with this colourful still life. I love the splish-splash of watercolour, something oil just doesn't offer.
Having painted in oil for a while now, I realize how difficult making grey is with watercolour. I think it might be easier with oil. Not easy (!), but  easier. : )

crush on you

$60 - 5x7"original watercolour painting with 8x10"mat!

Soda Pop Cans are so fun and colourful. I really love painting them. It's an original subject for a still life I know, but just goes to show, everything wants to be painted! ; )

crush

$80 - 8x10" painting.
I had a blast painting this one! Lots of great shapes and fun colours that allowed for lots of paint merging. It also reminded me that any subject can be a painting.

soda pop

I enjoy working with the 'twice as long as it is wide' (or vice versa) canvas size.  It makes for challenging compositions.
