Both are wonderful portraits! I love the fresh delicate colors, combined with enough darks to define the shapes and features.
It is lovely how you eyes is looking around and finding things out of context, like capture a face during a nude drawing class.Nice done.Happy painting

With all my love and dedication to watercolor, I must say that drawings are the "first violins" here and they are amazing.
I always go to my open studio determined to do a figurative. But then sometimes the face I see I just have to paint. Love these faces.
