I am the Featured Artist at the Daily Paintworks News Blog this week! The interview questions really helped me think about my art, where I am and where I want to go.
Your images and words are consistent. You are a mature artist. You consequently go your chosen way. Though no, you are not going, you're dancing joyfully! Warm wishes, Nora.

Hi Nora, It is nice to meet another watercolorist. I Like your work as well. I am a new follower of your blog. I like to see what you are doing. Indeed, your style is different from mine. But I like it very much that, with te same paint, we can make such a different work, it is amazing. I wish you a nice weekend. Geri
I read your interview on DPW Nora. As you know I have been receiving your blog posts since last year. I am enjoying so much your squiggly drawing showing under your watercolors. I think the point you made about combining a sense of playfulness with technical correctness, is definitely what you have accomplished. I find it difficult! I seem to sway too much in one direction or another!
Nora, I LOVE, LOVE your work - the colours, the linework, the subjects - everything abour what you paint. What an inspiration you are - your unique work will keep growing in popularity. Ros
Ohhhh! This is AMAZING! I love it - and it hits home for me as I grew up with a Dad who LOVED the races - and I went with him all the time. Thanks for the beautiful memories and inspiration, xoxo
Congratulations on the feature and just wow, those colors! So interesting that you say you thought "serious" artists use oils! I've got some of the same issues in the back of my mind because my current medium is Copic markers (which I'm sure many consider far lower than watercolor lol). But we gotta do what we love best in order to get to our best work, I think. :)
Was lovely to find you at Monday Artday (and thank you for visiting me, too!)
