You do amazing watercolors! I love the cardinal, it is special to me because my father loved to point them out to me when he saw one. Now, that he passed away, whenever I see a cardinal I think of him. Just lovely, thank you for sharing
My favorite bird too and you've done this one proud, Nora! By the way, I received my painting in the mail on Friday and it is even more beautiful in reality than it was on the screen here. Who knew? I love it and can't wait to get it framed and hung. I think my close second on favorite (looking) birds is the blue jay.
In Italy this bird can be seen in few wildlife oasis where he was brought. I still have not had the chance to see one in real life! I am very happy to admire your cardinal so full of life and color, Nora!
HOLA Nora: Muy hermosas tus obras por el buen dibujo, manejo del agua y diverso colorido, realmente muy originales. FELICITACIONES!!!Agradezco tambien tu visita en mi blog. Saludos!!!
We don't have these birds in the UK. I am very jealous that you have them visiting your gardens. I adore the light quality you captured and the real cheeky feel he has!
absolutely beautiful! they are my favorites along with flamingos. I have named the cardinals that stop at our feeder & have a painting of them on exhibit currently. Yours is fasinatingcheers, dana
