The challenge of painting white with watercolour is always an enjoyable mission, and a little clementine came by to see what all the excitement was about.
The litle clementine echoes the shape and colour of the flower centres perfectly, and the blue background is a perfect foil. The painting is so airy and happy and makes me think of spring in this rainy winter weather we are having here. Thank you Nora.
This is SO beautifully done! I like your style, with a little bit of pen incorporated into your work. It gives it a uniqueness and holds the eye longer in the painting. Very nicely done!
I totally agree with Katherine. I couldn't wait to see this piece up close when I saw it in the thumbnail on my blog. The colors are exquisite and I just love how you handle the little jars.
Absolutely gorgeous:)
