A few 20 minute portrait studies from life drawing session today.
I've just added cobalt turquoise to my palette, since being influenced by the fantastic watercolourist Shirley Trevena. It's a bit green but I had lots of fun with it.

These "sketches" are gorgeous...finished pieces of art in my opinion. I have to say I really admire watercolor artists. The medium requires such boldness and restraint at the same time. Beautiful work, Nora.
