Here Kitty Kitty Kitty...

I added a water-soluble pen to my usual pencil drawing for this tiger painting. It creates a lovely gray, which is a bit unpredictable when mixed in with the watercolour, so it kept me on my toes. (like a wild cat might!) For the Blog Painting Challenge at Studio Atelier.
SOLD 5"x7" painting includes 8"x10" matt.

  9. This works exceptionally well. There's just sufficient tightness created by your pencil lines to pull together the lovely loose wash work.

  12. Ciao Norma, after my comment I had a doubt: do you know what means: "mi piace da matti!", means I like a lot, a lot, a lot.
"Matti" in italian is like crazy and that is a colorite and nice espression to say that you love a lot something.
    Ciao, ciao, ciao... Floriana
