Hola Nora: Maravillosa acuarela, disfruto con tus trabajos pues cada uno me transporta a un lugar diferente, este es especial para una ilustración de un cuento infantil. Felicitaciones!!!
I had such a pleasant walk through this painting. Past the tree and the sunflowers, up the steps to see a neighbour, past the purple-shadowed building and on to the next vista. I think the most important thing about your paintings is that a story always comes through, and it's the story the viewer sees because your techniques are so good -they allow the story to come through.
Nora, I came across your site via Henhouse Pottery and love your work. Watercolor has always been an interest of mine and your 'type' of watercolor my very favorite. I joined your site so I could continue to follow your art.
Interesting contrast between the colourful elements and the monochromatic passage in the centre. It works very well as a means of holding interest.
